Concrete Pressure Washing in Greater Montréal
This service is for property managers, condo boards and industrial or commercial businesses with concrete surfaces exposed to oil, de-icing salt and vehicle traffic.
We use a pressure washer, not a steam unit, to lift dirt embedded in porous concrete. The service covers indoor parking garages, warehouse floors, sidewalks, entrances and loading docks.

Do you use steam or pressure?
Pressure. We do not offer steam cleaning for concrete.

Yes, work is scheduled evenings or overnight based on your traffic patterns.
Do you remove embedded oil stains?
Yes, that is one of the most common jobs, along with calcium residue left by winter de-icing salt.
What happens to the water used?
We rinse and route the water to an existing drainage point. We discuss this during the visit based on the site layout.
Do you also handle outdoor loading docks?
Yes, in addition to indoor parking garages, sidewalks and entrances.
