Post-Construction Cleaning in Greater Montréal
This service is for general contractors, developers and project managers who need to hand over a clean site on schedule: new residential builds, commercial renovations, industrial expansions and institutional projects.
We coordinate directly with the site team: booking the elevator or loading dock, working around bins and containers already in place, and respecting delivery windows and active work zones. Visits are scheduled evenings, overnight or on weekends so the rest of the trades are not slowed down.

Rough clean during construction
Regular passes during the build to clear the fine dust from cutting, sanding and material installation, keeping safe working conditions for the other trades.
Final clean before handover
A complete clean once work wraps up: floors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms, light fixtures and vent covers, leaving a space ready for inspection and possession.
Touch-up after the deficiency list
Once contractors clear the deficiency list, we return to clean the areas affected by the fixes before the keys are handed to the buyer or tenant.

Do you work while other trades are still on site?
Yes, that is exactly what the rough clean covers. We coordinate scheduling with the site foreman so the other crews are not slowed down.
Do you remove construction debris?
No. Removing debris and bulk materials requires an RBQ licence, which we do not hold. We handle the fine cleaning: dust, residue, surfaces and floors.
Can you book the elevator or loading dock for our building?
Yes, we coordinate those bookings with the project manager or building superintendent before each visit.
How far ahead of handover should we call you?
As soon as the handover date is set. That lets us schedule the final clean and the post-deficiency touch-up without delaying the key handover.
Do you work on both residential and commercial sites?

Does the price include window washing?
Yes, within safe reach access. For elevated glazing, the site needs to supply a lift or scaffold.
